‘Oktoberfest’ comes to Steam with Traditional German Delicacies

Pink City’s first and original “restro bar on wheels” — Steam at the Rambagh Palace presents  Germany’s famous ‘Oktoberfest’ for its in-house and outside guests. The festival will be on till 7 October. Visitors will get the chance to experience tradition German delicacies specially created at the Steam’s kitchen along with a wide variety of beer.

The festival adds an authentic feel with some of the signature dishes like pork and chicken sausages served with pretzel, potato as well as apple mash.  For the vegetarians, there are options of crispy pan seared German potato pancakes with sour cream and apple sauce as well as ‘Vier Pilzgulasch’ which is essentially a four mushroom goulash with translucent onion, red cabbage and garlic maggi sauce.

For desserts, there is a choice of ‘Deutscher Schokoladenkuchen’ which is a rich layered chocolate cake with whipped cream and cherries as well as ‘Weiber Waldkuchen’ which is a white forest cake.
