Delicacies of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur to be Served at Jaipur Marriott

Jaipurites can now experience the delicacies of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur at the ongoing food festival –‘Flavours of Golden Triangle’ at Hotel Jaipur Marriott’s restaurant Saffron. The festival will on from 27 June to 15 July at 7.30 pm on all days. It will have exotic food like the delectable and rich dishes from Delhi, the ample feasts of Agra and mouth-watering delicacies from Jaipur.

One can choose from the specially curated unlimited vegetarian and non-vegetarian selection of royal tastes. In the festival, dishes like Jodhpuri Mirch ka paneer tikka, Bharwa dhingri, Tawa murg kata pyaz, Mulchand ka tandoori murga among others will be served.  Apart from food, one can also enjoy drinks like Delhi ki Sardi, Taj Tarbooja, Chandpole ki Shikanji and Agra ka Kala Khatta.

A highlight of the festival is the chaach and fresh atta being prepared by women using the traditional churner and chakki at the restaurant. Live ghazals will also be an added attraction of the festival.

The name Golden Triangle has been given owing to the fascinating touring circuit of India unleashing the country’s historical past, its heritage, colorful culture and flavoursome cuisines. Probably, no other food tour can provide a full glimpse of India’s cultural heritage. During the festival, the chefs at Saffron will bring alive the unique flavours and rich heritage of the three cities.
