Resurgent Rajasthan Partnership Summit 2015 on 19-20 November

The Resurgent Rajasthan Partnership Summit, slated to be held in Jaipur on November 19-20, 2015, will bring together leading investors from all over the world for interacting with policy makers, including the political leadership, government officials and, local business leaders on the investment environment and opportunities in Rajasthan. The summit is being organized by the Government of Rajasthan in association with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). The summit will have thematic seminars, panel discussions, B2B & B2G meetings and other networking programmes. The state government expects a significant surge in investor interest and definite commitment to invest as a result of the Resurgent Rajasthan Partnership Summit.

India’s top industrial houses and executives have confirmed participation at the Resurgent Rajasthan Partnership Summit 2015. Mr. Cyrus P Mistry, Chairman of Tata Group; Mr. Anil Ambani, Chairman of Reliance Group;Mr. Anand Mahindra, Chairman and Managing Director, Mahindra & Mahindra; Mr. Rakesh Bharti Mittal, Chairman, Bharti Infratel Ltd; Mr. GautamAdani, Chairman, Adani Group; Mr. Adi Godrej, Chairman, Godrej Group; Mr Kumar Mangalam Birla, Chairman, Aditya Birla Group; Anil Agarwal, Chairman, Vedanta Group; Mr. Ajay Shriram, Chairman & Sr. Managing Director, DCM Shriram Ltd. feature in the eminent list of industrialists who will grace the event.


The first day of the 2-day event will witness eight sectoral sessions along with two country-specific sessions. While the ‘focus country’ sessions will be on Japan and Singapore, the parallelsectoral sessions will shed light on the thrust sectors of Rajasthan and be centered on themessuch as ‘Smart Cities & Highways’; ‘Make in India: Skilling Rajasthan’; ‘Leveraging tourism forsustainable development’; ‘Auto and ESDM sector’; ‘Agriculture and Food Processing’;Regulatory Reforms’; ‘Sustainable Mining’ and ‘Transforming Healthcare Delivery in Rajasthan’.

Day 2 of the Summit will be dedicated to MSME conclave. Titled ‘MSME: Growth Engine forMake In India – Opportunities and Challenges’, the key note speaker for the conclave will be Dr.Anup K Pujari, Secretary, Ministry of MSME, Government of India. The session will seediscussions on topics such as ‘Comparative Advantages of Investing in Rajasthan’, ‘Immensepotential of handicrafts exports from Rajasthan and access to marketing’, apart from others.Industrialists including Jayant Davar of Sandhar Technologies, Dileep Baid of Dileep Industriesand OP Mittal of Laghu Udyog Bharti will also speak on the occasion.

While the Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi is likely to inaugurate the summit onNovember 19, several Union Ministers such as Shri Nitin Gadkari, Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman,Shri Kalraj Mishra and Shri Rajiv Pratap Rudy among others will be partaking in the event.
