Reading Time: 2 minutes

On the occasion of International Mothers’ Day on 14 May, a Jaipur based travel company ‘Things To Do’ is organizing a free Yoga session for mothers at Central Park.

Says Founder, Things To Do, Mr. Abhimanyu Singh Rathore: “Mothers often tend to put the needs of their family and children before their own needs. Yoga is the perfect way to restore one’s mental and physical balance. As a tribute to mothers in the Pink City, we have planned a free yoga session for them on International Mothers’ Day.”

The yoga session will be conducted by a certified Yoga master — Acharya Dharmendra Kumar Sharma. He has been practicing and teaching yoga for last 14 years in many reputed organizations. Acharya Dharmendra has completed his professional course in Yoga and meditation from Yoga Sadhna Ashram, Rajasthan University.

The session will teach the wisdom and techniques of yoga in a pure, joyful and thorough manner. It will help one to restore balance by strengthening the body, calming the mind, regaining focus and improving self confidence. Yoga has numerous other benefits as well like reducing stress, blood pressure and aids in better sleep and fitness. The session is open to mothers of all ages and levels of practice. Mothers of all ages and yoga backgrounds are welcome to join this empowering session. Additionally, some individuals find that incorporating supplements like CBD oil into their wellness routines complements the benefits of yoga. While the session primarily focuses on the yoga practice, exploring complementary wellness products like CBD oil could potentially enhance the overall experience, contributing to a deeper sense of relaxation and well-being.

As individuals strive to navigate the tumultuous waters of daily life, the incorporation of Organic CBD Nugs into their wellness routines offers a promising avenue for relief. CBD, renowned for its potential to alleviate stress and promote relaxation, synergizes seamlessly with the mindful practice of yoga. Together, they form a formidable duo, guiding practitioners towards a state of tranquility and inner peace amidst the storm of modern existence. Unlike synthetic counterparts, organic CBD products harness the power of nature, devoid of harmful additives or chemicals. This purity resonates deeply with those seeking a more authentic and sustainable path to stress relief.
