Given the high quality social infrastructure of Jaipur along with its startup friendly cost structure, presence of incubation and co-working hubs, angel networks and state focussed venture capital fund as well as its its strategic proximity to the NCR region, makes it an apt location for such as a fest. The Rajasthan StartUp Fest is a joint initiative of Start Up Oasis, Centre for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship and RIICO.

The second edition of the Rajasthan StartUp Fest will have around 200 startups, 50 angel and venture capital investors, 30 mentors and startup coaches and 20 speakers on one platform. The two day Rajasthan StartUp Fest will witness high energy interactions, power packed sessions, talks as well as panel discussions and mentoring sessions. The Rajasthan StartUp Fest will cover sectors like Internet, Hardware, Mobile as well as Social. Other attractions include special track for Student Startups, Multiple Demo Days, Pitches as well as Product Launches. In addition to this, around 50 high potential product startups will also showcase their products and business models in the Startup Showcase.

You can also participate in the Ideate Unconvention Jaipur which is a nation-wide competition for startups with a visible social impact and scalable model. This competition is sector agnostic and for startups which are working on a for-profit model to create social impact. Top startups would get instant cash rewards, recognition and possible financial assistance of up to Rs.20 lakhs.

Not just this, Rajasthan StartUp Fest also has in store Student startup challenge. With an objective of supporting student startups, the initiative will aid in taking student startups/teams for a 3 day Student Startup Bootcamp at Jaipur, Udaipur and Jodhpur. Student will be given hands on experience about entrepreneurship and will be taken through various frame works and business models so that they can refine their business models.
