Sarhad Ke Pakhwan, an innovative and a one-of-a-kind food festival celebrating the authentic flavours from the Border States of India is currenly being held at Hotel Jaipur Marriott’s restaurant ‘Saffron’. Hindi word ‘Pakhwan’ means ‘Delicacies’, while ’Sarhad’ translates into ‘Border’,thereby aptly suggesting what this festival has to offer – Delicacies from Indian Borders. It will be on till 3 February and will be open from 7 pm to 11.30 pm.
