Relish the flavors of Indian borders with ‘Sarhad Ke Pakwan’ at Jaipur Marriott

Sarhad Ke Pakhwan, an innovative and a one-of-a-kind food festival celebrating the authentic flavours from the Border States of India is currenly being held at Hotel Jaipur Marriott’s restaurant ‘Saffron’. Hindi word ‘Pakhwan’ means ‘Delicacies’, while ’Sarhad’ translates into ‘Border’,thereby aptly suggesting what this festival has to offer – Delicacies from Indian Borders. It will be on till 3 February and will be open from 7 pm to 11.30 pm.

Sharing details about the festival, Executive Chef, Hotel Jaipur Marriott, Mr. Pradipt Sinha says: “With India being synonymous with fusion cuisine and exceptional culinary, Sarhad Ke Pakhwan is sure to take you on a culinary ride and treat you to an array of regional cuisines of Kashmir, Rajasthan, Punjab, and Bengal.
