All new Sushi Menu at Chao at Holiday Inn

Reading Time: 2 minutes

Holiday Inn’s popular in-house restaurant Chao Chinese bistro is all set to welcome the gastronomes of Jaipur with an all new Sushi menu. From being a Japanese phenomenon dating back to the 1970s to becoming a mainstream staple in global dining, Sushi lovers abound across the globe and Jaipur is no exception.

Telling more about the new menu, Executive Chef Mihir Kane of Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre says: “Literally meaning ‘Sour Rice’, Sushi is a dish which demands right proportion of all ingredients in order to maintain the balance of flavours. Even though making it looks easy, it requires intricate skills of talented chefs. On offer here at Chao are specially curated Maki and Uramaki menus. These consist of rolls made from Vinegared rice, Nori sheet and seafood or vegetables. Apart from this the Chao Signature roll and Caterpillar Roll are also available to satisfy the Sushi cravings of Jaipurites. ”

The Sushi menu will be available at Chao for lunch (12:30 – 3:00 PM) and dinner (7:30 – 11:00 PM)
