With the winter season setting in and the evenings becoming cooler, Hotel Jaipur Marriott has come up with a unique concept of ‘Grills By The Pool’. One will now be able to enjoy a wide variety of vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian grilled delicacies at the poolside of the hotel in the evenings. The restaurant will be open daily from 7 pm to 11 pm.
A unique attraction of the place is the live kitchen where guests can enjoy the sight of the food being made right in front of them. Along with a wide array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian grills, a host of sea food options like prawns, lobsters and squids are also available.
It is noteworthy that the grills prepared here are fired with hard wood charcoal seasoned with apple and mesquite wooden chips. While all steaks and grills are accompanied by potato of the day, seasoned fresh vegetable greens and a choice of sauce, all tandoori dishes are served with the signature Indian bread.
To wash down the grills and other sumptuous eats, a range of mocktails, shooters and breezers are also available along with beer and wine. For those with a sweet tooth, desserts like chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream, hazelnut chocolate custard tart with vanilla ice cream and homemade cinnamon ice cream are available to choose from.
