Reading Time: 3 minutes

Are you looking for some quirky, colourful and chic handmade accessories to add life to your mundane clothes? Do take a look at these handcrafted products by Twines and Pellets. Not only are they funky and unique but are also friendly on your pocket.

‘Twines and Pellets’ is the brainchild of Jaipur based designer Pranshuta Arora. Though she does not hold a formal degree in jewellery designing but she will surely sweep you off the floor with her designs. The fact that she has designed accessories for renowned designers like Hemant Trevedi and Wendell Rodricks stands witness to her extraordinary talent.

Explaining the concept behind  ‘Twines and Pellets’, Pranshuta says that since ‘Twine’ means thread and ‘Pellet’ means beads and their jewellery essentially is made out of these two components, they decided to name their brand ‘Twines and Pellets’. Pranshuta officially launched her brand in 2015 when she got a chance to design accessories for designer Hemant Trevedi for the prestigious Rajasthan Heritage Week 2015. And since then there has been no looking back for her. From earrings to neck pieces to bags and anklets to footwear, all her products are handcrafted. The reason for this, Pranshuta tells us, is that when a product is handcrafted we tend to realize the effort, though and hard work put behind the accessory.

Happy clients

For all those who have been drooling over Pranshuta’s handcrafted products, here is a good news for you. Pranshuta will be exhibiting her products at the Jaipur Literature Festival 2017 from 19 to 23 January at Diggi Palace. You can find her at the  Twines and Pellets Stall (stall number 21) in Charbagh. She is also doing a special line of feather bookmarks for all you bibliophiles out there!
