The 24-year-old Varang Bombaywala from Jaipur is a self taught home brewer who eats, breathes and sleeps wine. Experimenting with fruits as diverse as kiwi, passion fruit, strawberry and black currant to make exquisite brews, he loves sharing his knowledge of fermentation and brewing with his YouTube family of 38 k subscribers. Arbit brewed a conversation with him on what got his interest in this unconventional passion and how he plans to transform it to a full time profession.

Started by Himanshu Rathore and his wife Deepti, Pratap Bhawan cuisine is an ode to the culinary prowess of Himanshu’s mother, Jaikirti as well as the traditional cooking techniques and age old recipes of their family hailing from Chomu and Nimaj in Rajasthan. Khadh Raan, Khadh Maas, Bhunwa Maas as well as Chicken and Mutton Pickles are some of the specials on their menu.
