We were quite tempted to receive the dessert basket by ‘Mad Batter by Swati’. The basket had Oreo Strawberry Cupcake, Walnut Brownie Cookie, Choco Walnut Tart, Strawberry Mousse Shot, Mango Mousse Shot and Assorted Chocolates (Paan, Honey Ginger and Honey Cinnamon).

Baked to Perfection
Really enjoyed the hint of bitterness in the chocolate with just the right amount of sugar
The crunch of sprinkles and walnut added a good texture to the tart
You can really taste the buttery base of the tart.
MANGO MOUSSE SHOT

The freshness of the mangoes on top
The sweetness was just right
The mousse was light and fluffy

Too sweet for our palate
Syrup had an artificial and medicinal aftertaste

What Could Have Been Better:
Too dry and dense.
The shape of the Brookie can be flatter.
The chocolates need more work in terms of the flavour and structure. The filling was gooey and oozing out, thus making it inconvenient to eat. The flavour of the center of the chocolates was quite potent and overpowered the taste of the chocolate itself.
