Within a couple of months, the sumptuous fare of this outlet is great in demand.The brainchild of Kunal Singhvi, the wide variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies have made a mark owing to hand picked Khada Masalas and exacting standards of spices and slow cooking.
Says Singhvi that the USP of Tammy’s Kitchen is that the customer can create the mouth watering food by informing of his choice. For instance, the type of gravy – thick or thin – or the spice level – low, medium or high can be informed in advance for the customized gastronomic delights.
Singhvi further adds that at Tammy’s they use absolutely the best herbs and spices as well as the best quality meats and fresh produce. There are completely separate kitchens for the vegetarian and non vegetarian food.
The food is supplied by the kilo. Among the most popular dishes are the saffron infused dum cooked rice, laal maas, galouti kebabs and more.
